The Projects
Atlas-M.A.C.H
Atlas-M.A.C.H is our team that participates in the Air Cargo Challenge (ACC) where we are tasked to design and manufacture a UAV in order to carry a certain load for a specified distance. The Team has been a part of the competition since 2007.
Our most recent participation in ACC 2024 in Aachen resulted in our team securing the 13th spot out of 30 teams that competed.
Airplane Project
The Airplane Project operates as an aeronautics ‘academy.’ It is an introductory project with the primary objective of teaching and familiarizing team members with the concepts and theories of aeronautics and aerodynamics, as well as all related fields necessary for the design and construction of an aircraft.
Rocket Project
With a general focus on the aerospace domain, we also aim to spread knowledge concerning rocketry and space. Rocket Project members acquire an understanding of the fundamentals of rocketry and propulsion systems. The ultimate goal of the project is the design of a small-scale rocket and the execution of a safe flight.
Space Mics Podcast
The Space Mics Podcast is one of EUROAVIA Patras’s most creative projects. Our hosts talk about
everything related to Aviation and also bring specials guests from the Aeronautics Sector.
